     Please call to schedule an appointment for your pet.  Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred.  If your pet has an emergency during office hours your pet will receive priority medical treatment followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

     For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  Please let us know if your pet is a little nervous, fearful or does not like to be approached or petted.  This helps  prepare us when you arrive with your pet(s) to the hospital!  

     All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.  All cats departing from drop off services must be transported out of the hospital in a carrier.  If you do not have a carrier just let us know.  We will be happy to provide you with one. 

Payment Policy

     We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit, cash and personal checks. 

     If you need to set up a payment plan please let us know in advance.  We will be more than willing to help you so that you can continue to provide quality care to your pet, especially if any emergency services are needed.
